Prulife premium payment extended

MANILA, Philippines - British life insurer Pru Life UK is providing policyholders living in the hard hit areas an extended 91-day grace period for premium payments. The extended grace period covers policy holders living in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental; Iligan City, Lanao del Norte; and Dumaguete City and Valencia, Negros Oriental, who have premium payments due between November 2011 and January 2012. Pru Life UK said that the grace period for premium payments rose to 60 additional days to the standard 31 days. All payments made by policyholders in the said areas during the period covered shall be accepted without interest. Pru Life UK is an indirect subsidiary of Prudential plc, a United Kingdom-registered company, through Prudential Corporation Asia.
