GCash cited for CCT program

MANILA, Philippines - In recognition of its superior communication strategy in creating awareness on the critical role of GCASH REMIT in the distribution of conditional cash transfers (CCT) in far-flung areas of the country, the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) has conferred the Quill Award of Excellence to Globe Telecom at the recently concluded Philippine Quill Awards. Globe bagged the Excellence Award in the Media Relations category of the Communication Management Division, the lone recipient in the said category. The awards recognize the best practices and the highest level of achievement by Philippine-based professional communicators in communication management, skills, and creative. The CCT program or the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), is a project under the Department of Social Welfare and Development implemented by the Land Bank of the Philippines in partnership with GCASH REMIT.
