Financial advisors for Generali Pilipinas

MANILA, Philippines - Generali Pilipinas (GP) is looking for financial advisors (FAs) to join its bancassurance sales force and be part of the branch network of its local partner, Banco De Oro Unibank Inc. (BDO). The life insurance group conducted a Career Day at the GP Training Center in Makati City in search of FAs. It attracted applicants from various sources - print ads, referrals and walk-ins. Those who passed the initial interview were then endorsed for a series of one-on-one interviews with the Training and Sales Development Department, bancassurance area sales managers and regional sales managers. Those who were selected for hiring attended the GP Career Orientation Program (COP) where they got a glimpse of the company and the financial advisor career.
