Unique features of the card are free family accident protection, life insurance protection, travel accident and inconvenience insurance (for Visa Gold cardholders), and free hospitalization reimbursement benefit for Visa Gold and Classic cardholders. EastWest Bank Visa credit cards also offer limitless rewards.

Cardholders earn Rewards points by using their EastWest Bank Visa credit card. Accumulated rewards points may be converted into rewards vouchers, which cardholders may use to purchase merchandise or exchange for gift certificates at partner merchants. Cardholders can share their spending privilege with up to nine supplementary cardholders.
