Good governance forum

MANILA, Philippines - Dr. David Norton, an authority on institutionalizing strategic thinking using the balanced scorecard (BSC), will be speaking at the ISA Public Governance Forum on Sept. 23 and 24, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

The Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) is an independent non-partisan, not-for-profit institution that seeks to improve public governance through citizen participation.

ISA has effectively leveraged the balanced scorecard to raise the standards of professional and ethical responsibility and institutionalize a performance governance system.

Thirty-four local government units (LGUs) have voluntarily joined ISA’s good governance program including Iloilo City, Balanga (Bataan), Bani (Pangasinan), and San Fernando (Pampanga).
