GE Money Bank extends mortgage loans program
The GE Money Bank has extended its 7.49-percent per annum Home Loans promotion until Dec. 15.
“We understand that building a home is every Filipino’s dream for his family,” Paz Gonzalez, GE Money Bank vice president and mortgage sales leader, said.
GE Money Bank reported a growth of 33 percent in housing loans from the previous quarter since the launch of the 7.49 percent p.a. first year, fixed rate promotion. The promo also waives the application fee, mortgage registration fee, notarial fee, documentary stamp tax, and the appraisal fee for approved and availed home loans.
In effect, the promo waives switching charges for those who plan to move their mortgage to GE Money Bank.
Total savings from the waiving of the fees could amount to as much as P30, 000 for a P2-million loan.
“Filipinos find the offer appealing especially in these difficult times. Every peso is important for budget-conscious Filipinos who want value for their hard earned money,” Gonzalez stressed.
The promo ends on Dec. 15, and must be availed of before Feb. 15, 2009.
