To support the continued growth of its business, Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, is now looking for up to 40 highly talented technology professionals to join its Asia Pacific technology centre of excellence. With offices in 26 countries, these positions offer exciting opportunities to join the investment banking arm of one of the world's largest global financial institutions. Following a period of exceptional growth and the strategic decision to establish global support capabilities in Singapore, the firm is looking to recruit a number of software developers, application support engineers, finance industry business analysts and project managers.

Key requirements:

• You will hold a bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or a related discipline and between two to ten years' working experience.

• Exposure to object oriented design methodologies and experience in C#, VB.NET, C++, Java development in a Windows or Solaris environment using Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL are essential.

· You may currently work in a business support role or project management role in technology, consulting or telecommunications.
