In fact, Monterey has consistently received the Best and Cleanest Slaughterhouse and was given the Best Meat Establishment Award by the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) from 2004 to 2006 and 2008 with the revered Seal of Excellence.

Monterey’s Cavite Meat Plant is ISO 9001:2000 certified. This certification acknowledges the high quality of the production management system employed by the plant.
