An energy-saving water heating system for hotels

The Makati Palace Hotel has installed an energy-saving and environment-friendly water heating system supplied by the JETT Water Heater Co. Inc. for its laundry services.

The new system uses the “waste heat” coming from the hotel’s air-conditioning units to heat the water needed in operating its laundry facility. This innovative system reduced the hotel’s consumption for water heating by as much as 95 percent and also improves the condensing efficiency of the air-conditioning units.
