The Islamic DaWah Council of the Philippines or IDCP announces the halal accreditation of Agro Food Processing and Development Corp. The company is the first dressing and meat processing plant to be certified by IDCP.
As a halal accredited company, Agro Processing now has access to the huge halal market. According to IDCP president. Abdul Rahman Linzag, the trade value of halal food the world over is as high as $150 billion a year.
