Sarangani Bay launches 2 products

Sarangani Bay of Alsons Aqua Technologies, Inc. (AATI) has launched two new products intended to provide greater satisfaction to bangus lovers.

The two new products are Choice Cut Belly (puro tiyan ng bangus) and the baby bangus split marinated (BSM).

BSM is made from baby bangus (not fully grown and has soft bones) that is especially marinated; butterfly cut when fried and which can be eaten altogether with the soft bones.

According to Jaime A. To, AATI marketing manager, their big volume customers prefer Sarangani Bay not only because of better quality, but as well as assurance of quantity, stable price and delivery schedule that are very critical to their operations. Sarangani today continues to dominate the bangus market abroad, especially in the United States.
