Vitarich harnesses experience of 2 feed giants

Vitarich Corp.’s partnership agreement with BOCM PAULS and Aventis has harnessed the expertise of two of the world’s biggest feed manufacturers, giving the Vitarich Research Center full time access to the vast experience and high technology capabilities of the two firms.

Dominador Par, Vitarich quality assurance manager, said "the online link with feed specialist and data base established for several decades by BOCM PAULS provides Vitarich with a vast option for producing the best feed rations. The transfer of technology from two of the world's leading feed manufacturers and equipment providers redounds to a continuous transfer of knowledge and application of new technology."

The Vitarich Research Centre was established to provide Vitarich and the Philippine feed industry with the latest equipment that formulate feed rations and analyze samples. Among the center’s high tech facilities is a mineral analyzer using the inductively coupled plasma (ICP), gas chromatography system (GCS) for oil analysis, an Ankon fiber analyzer, microwave labstation for digestion, LECO protein analyzer, near infra red system (NIRS), chloride analyzer and a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system.

"The equipment we have will provide Vitarich and its numerous clients and feed users the cutting-edge for cost-effective animal feeds, higher production efficiencies and animal performances," added Par.
