MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Logistix and Industrials Inc. (RLX), the logistics and industrial facilities arm of Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), is strengthening its presence in one of the country’s most active industrial and transport corridors with a new built-to-suit logistics facility for FedEx at Clark International Airport.

RL Clark Logistix Inc. (RCLX), a joint venture between RLC and Asian Infrastructure Holdings Corp., has broken ground on a new built-to-suit logistics facility, targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2028.

The development is planned on  a 15-hectare site and is expected to deliver a total gross floor area of close to 78,000 square meters.

“This partnership reflects Robinsons Land’s commitment to developing well-located, future- ready logistics facilities that support the growth requirements of world-class companies such as FedEx,” RLC senior vice president and RLX general manager Cora Ang Ley said.

For RLC, the project adds scale to its logistics and industrial expansion through RLX.

Once completed, the facility will give the Gokongwei family’s property unit a large-format, built-to-suit logistics development in Clark.

The facility also supports RLC’s broader direction of expanding investment properties and building more diversified income streams.

Through RLX, RLC is expanding its industrial footprint to support portfolio diversification and strengthen recurring income over time.

RLC holds an 85 percent stake in RCLX, with Asian Infrastructure Holdings owning the remaining 15 percent.

“Through RCLX, we are building in Clark with a long-term view of operational efficiency, network expansion and the growing role of the Philippines in regional trade and logistics,” Ang Ley said.
