Ceres Bus heeds Bayanihan call

MANILA, Philippines —  One trait that stands out amongst Filipinos is the spirit of Bayanihan. Amid the uncertainties happening in the Middle East,  this unique Filipino trait is being called upon to help our country tide over the volatility in oil prices.

The Yanson Group of Bus Companies, operator of Ceres Bus, is heeding President Marcos’ call for Bayanihan this Holy Week.

The bus company will be offering a 10 percent fare discount to all its passengers for Good Friday, Black Saturday and Easter Sunday.

According to its president, Leo Rey Yanson, “this fare discount is one way of supporting our government and President Marcos’ program of ensuring that our countrymen spend a meaningful Holy Week with their loved ones.”

The fare discount applies to all affiliated Ceres bus companies in Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
