Ayala Land expanding flexible office offering

Richmond Mercurio - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Ayala Land Offices (ALO) is gearing up to expand its flexible office offering which is being repositioned to respond to a new era shaped by hybrid work, technological advancement and changing industry needs.

ALO said it is transforming Clock In, its flexible office offering, into Click Space, a workspace solution designed to support businesses seeking greater flexibility and scalability.

Click Space is moving beyond traditional coworking by offering plug-and-play workplaces, build-to-suit solutions and enterprise-grade operational support that combine workplace agility with the standards and quality of Ayala Land’s office portfolio.

It also integrates customizable workspaces with value-added services, enabling companies to scale efficiently within a trusted ecosystem.

“Click Space is not just a new name; it is a renewed promise,” ALO president and CEO Hamm Katipunan said.

“This evolution reflects our vision to go beyond providing space. We are building ecosystems that help businesses scale, stay resilient and thrive in a world that is changing faster than ever,” he said.

Looking ahead, ALO said it would place stronger emphasis on attracting large and scalable tenants in innovation-driven industries such as technology, creative sectors and professional services to help ensure sustained demand and long-term relevance.

It said preparations are underway for the flagship branch at One Ayala, which will introduce a refreshed design and an enhanced suite of services.

Expansion plans are likewise in motion, with new Click Space locations being evaluated to reach more professionals and enterprises across key business districts nationwide over the next two years.
