Training program on corporate housekeeping

MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will host an MCLE-accredited online training titled “Best Practices in Corporate Housekeeping,” on June 6, 7 and 11, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon via Zoom.

The term “corporate housekeeping” refers to the multitude of services that a corporate secretary (usually a lawyer) needs to perform for a corporate entity. Every corporation must have an orderly corporate housekeeping as part of good corporate governance.
