Federal Lnd expands footprint with 48-ha township in Laguna

Richmond Mercurio - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Ty-owned Federal Land Inc. is expanding further its footprint outside Metro Manila  with the development of a 48-hectare masterplanned neighborhood township in Laguna called Meadowcrest.

Meadowcrest in Biñan is part of the 10 masterplanned townships under the Federal Land Communities product line.

“We launched Federal Land Communities to anticipate and address the aspirations of the people. We recognized that the real estate landscape is ever changing and it was imperative for us to evolve alongside it,”  Federal Land chairman Alfred Ty said.

“Federal Land’s foray into the realm of township development signifies not just the expansion of Federal Land’s portfolio, but a reaffirmation to our commitment to innovation and progress,” he said.

Federal Land said Meadowcrest would offer a distinct lifestyle and business environment that is “intimate yet complete.”

A 15-minute community concept will be brought to life in the development by offering residents a lifestyle where essential amenities, recreational spaces and a vibrant community atmosphere are all within easy reach.

Within the masterplan of Meadowcrest is Hartwood Village, an 11.3-hectare horizontal residential development with 110 prime lots.

“Our aim is clear – to create fully integrated and interactive townships that are poised to stand the test of time, offering enduring value for generations to come,” Ty said.

Federal Land said its expansion into developing contemporary townships built for a new era is a natural progression that reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence.

For this year, Ty said the company would continue with its high rise developments and hopefully launch more horizontal projects towards second half.
