MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) is once again gearing up to provide high-quality learning sessions for the entire retail industry.  As retailers and their allied industries continue to navigate the post-pandemic era, the PRA is excited to announce the 2nd year of one of its most successful initiatives – the Retail Leaders Summit on Oct. 24, at the Dusit Thani Manila, Makati City.

This year, the summit promises to be even bigger and better as it returns to a face-to-face format.  One compelling reason for businesses to participate is the presence of the industry’s crème de la crème at this gathering.

Highlight of the Retail Leaders Summit is the CEO-to-CEOs Panel, where brilliant ideas will be discussed, offering valuable insights to benefit your respective businesses.

On the first panel discussion, the Next Gen Visionaries will delve deep into strategies and real-life lessons for creating a new culture of innovation. Headlining this panel are notable figures such as Nishant D’ Souza, co-founder and chairman of edamama – the leading online-to-offline (O2O) parenting platform in the Philippines; Bam Mejia, co-founder and chief commercial officer of SariSuki – a community buying and selling platform that offers accessible farm-fresh goods and livelihood opportunities for every Madiskarteng Ka-Sari and Ka-Suki in the Philippines; and Brett Doyle, founder and CEO of Mosaic Solutions – a provider of business management systems in the Philippines and SEA region.

The second panel discussion is equally impressive, focusing on “Pitfalls to Avoid and Opportunities in Repurposing Brands: How to Evolve a Brand to Stay Current and Become a Changemaker.” This session will feature industry experts such as Pierre Faucher, CEO of Intrepid Philippines – a leading e-commerce and digital solutions provider in Southeast Asia; Steve Sy, founder and CEO of Great Deals E-Commerce Corp., recognized by the Financial Times as the fastest-growing company in Asia-Pacific and a top e-commerce solution provider in the Philippines; and ER Rollan, co-founder and CEO of Growsari – a tech-enabled B2B platform that enhances service levels, assortment, and access to new services for over one million sari-sari stores in the Philippines, among other benefits. Both Steve and ER are entrepreneurs of Endeavor Philippines, a leading global community of, by, and for high-impact entrepreneurs.

The 2nd edition of the Retail Leaders Summit is made possible by the following sponsors and partners: Globe Business, SAP.iO, SM Store, Mr. DIY Philippines, eCloud Valley Philippines, Lady Grace Intimates; Retailgate Technologies InnovationOne Inc., Mayani, Avolution, The Philippine STAR, Philippine Daily Inquirer, and its PR partner Media Blitz Group.
