Guide to procurement of consulting services

MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will host a training program titled “Best Practices Guide to the Law and IRR for Procurement of Consulting Services” on Oct. 4 to 6, 2023 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom.

The Government Procurement and Policy Board regularly releases compliance regulations that will boost the efficiency of procurement and bidding for consulting services. As such, this program aims to impart knowledge, guidance and updates to the key actors from national agencies and its attached bureaus, local government units, state and local universities and colleges, GOCCs, GFIs and the private sector engaged in the procurement of consulting projects under RA 9184 or the  Government Procurement Reform Act and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Learn from expert practitioner Atty. Zoilo Andin Jr., a lecturer, consultant and adviser to many national government agencies, LGUs, private companies and law firms on procurement law.
