iAcademy graduates get top marks in real estate management exam

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — iAcademy, a premier institution for computing, business and design, has once again proven its excellence in the field of real estate management as evidenced by its remarkable performance in the recently held Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam last April.

Graduates of iAcademy excelled in the exam, ranking among the top three and five positions among all other schools in the country.

With a 70 percent overall passing rate, 66.76 percent passing rate for first-timers, and a perfect 100 percent passing rate for repeaters, iAcademy has solidified its position as a top-performing institution for real estate management.

“We are happy that we have produced top caliber game-changers in the real estate industry. We exceeded our performance last year in the REB licensure examination by producing two topnotchers and a high overall percentage rating. This is our vision – to be the country’s leading school in real estate management and we are making it happen,” said JV Padua, dean of the School of Business and Liberal Arts.

iAcademy has consistently produced high-performing graduates in the field of real estate management. In 2021, the school achieved a 100 percent passing rate in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam, placing it among the top schools of choice for the BS Real Estate Management program.

In 2022, iAcademy was one of the top 10 schools with the highest number of real estate brokers exam passers, and it also landed first among all the schools in the Philippines with an impressive 93.75 percent passing rate in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam.

iAcademy offers a real estate management fast-track program that enables business degree holders to complete the program in three terms, while non-business degree holders may finish the program in five terms.
