MANILA, Philippines — Westchester Realty Corp. (WRC) has set aside P300 million for the total refurbishing and renovation of all facilities and amenities of GA Tower as it paves the way for the condominium project’s total redevelopment.

WRC president and CEO Nico Valencia said the redevelopment is part of its commitment to deliver to homebuyers fully refurbished amenities, including the general repainting of the entire GA Tower 2.

“Following the successful relaunch of GA Tower early last month, the market is very much upbeat as we we’re able to sell more than 120 units in a span of less than a month. And in this regard, we intend to go full blast in pouring in additional capital for expenditures so we can deliver what we have promised to our buyers ahead of schedule,” Valencia said.

He added that their company’s goal for the GA Tower project is to provide “affordable luxury” coupled with convenience as the condominium project boasts of its location and complete amenities for condominium dwellers in Metro Manila.

Located in Mandaluyong City along EDSA and beside the Boni-MRT-3 Station, GA Tower boasts not only of its strategic location but likewise its amenities and affordable pricing made available for Pag-IBIG home borrowers.

WRC has acquired and taken over the redevelopment and disposal of multi-billion pesos worth of housing inventory from the state-run Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) or Pag-IBIG Fund. GA Tower is the latest development project that WRC has undertaken.

“The market’s positive response has been very inspiring, to say the least. This can be attributed to the project’s most affordable pricing scheme that we have prepared particularly for qualified Pag-IBIG Fund member-borrowers. Its location and amenities provide homebuyers the opportunity to own condominium units “right at the center of everything,” Valencia said.

Westchester currently offers the lowest and most affordable condominium units that range from one to three bedrooms at an average price of P2.8 million to P3.4 million. With a minimum down payment of 10 percent, homebuyers can start owning their dream condos.
