Flash Express makes headway in logistics sector

MANILA, Philippines — Flash Express, a local courier and logistics startup, has rolled out its first three stores in the shopping districts of Binondo and Divisoria in Manila as it prepares for rapid growth amid the country’s recovery from the pandemic.

The launch of the Flash Shop stores – one in Divisoria Mall, one in 999 Mall, and one at the Manila Textile complex, was a parallel move in line with the first batch of branded delivery trucks to be deployed by the company nationwide.

Dave Khodr, Flash Express marketing director, said Flash Shop would complete the host of delivery services for customers as they can do walk-ins to send and receive their parcels.

“We are very positive that Flash Shop will further speed up the business logistics experience of all our customers, especially those who are looking for physical branches of Flash Express inside business establishments such as malls and retail stores near them,” he said.

Flash Express started operations eight months ago, aiming to be at the forefront of the domestic logistics industry. With Flash Shop, it allows customers to send and pick up their parcels at the physical branches inside the malls and business establishments. The company is set to open 112 branches nationwide this year.

One of its business offerings is Flash Home,  which aims to help Filipinos jumpstart their businesses by partnering with Flash Express or with entrepreneurs who want to utilize their commercial spaces as Flash Express delivery drop-off points which will only involve minimal investment and requirements.

Flash Express customers are expected to experience worry-free delivery transactions as the company offers free door-to-door pick up, low COD rates, 365-day operations (including holidays and weekends), and 24/7 customer service.
