MANILA, Philippines — Cebu Landmasters Inc., has commenced construction of a P1.8-billion residential complex in Bacolod City.

The project, Casa Mira Towers Bacolod Tower 1, opened for selling last month and is now 73 percent sold. To date, CLI said the new tower has raked in a total sales value of P630 million for 276 units.

Set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, the project is part of a master planned CLI complex along Lacson Avenue.

The planned estate will have a branded hotel, commercial complex and another three-tower residential condominium of CLI.

Casa Mira Towers Bacolod Tower 1 will be the second project in Bacolod to carry the Casa Mira brand, which accounted for 41 percent of the company’s record reservation sales of P16.5 billion last year.

The latest project under the Casa Mira brand – CLI’s economic housing brand – offers 1,429 studio and one-bedroom units with areas of 20-22 sqm and 27.75-29.75 sqm, respectively.

Like other Casa Mira properties in VisMin, Casa Mira Towers Bacolod is accessible to the city’s business districts, major schools, hospitals and malls.

Furthermore, CLI said as much as 40 percent of the project’s 1.12 hectare footprint is devoted to open space, allowing residents a more serene in-city living experience.

Its in-house amenities include a fitness gym, clubhouse, prayer room, viewing deck, play area, an adult and kiddie pool, and ground floor retail spaces.

To support the amenities, CLI will provide 100 percent back-up power in case of power outages, efficient security supported by a 24/7 CCTV system to be operated by CLI Property Management. CLI’s in-house property management firm ensures the upkeep and growth in value over the long run of a residential condominium development.
