Master writing minutes of meetings
MANILA, Philippines — A meeting loses its value and wastes time if it is not documented in the correct manner. With the passage of the Revised Corporation Code, there are strict guidelines on how the minutes of meetings should be recorded that must be aligned with SEC regulations.
