Deutsche Regis Partners sweeps awards at fund managers' event

MANILA, Philippines (As released) — Deutsche Bank's equity platform in the Philippines, Deutsche Regis Partners Inc, won several awards from the Fund Managers Association of the Philippines, or FMAP, including Best Equity House and Best Research House.

Deutsche Regis was also awarded for Best Equity Sales Team and Best in Execution.

Individual awards included:

• Best Salesman - Noli Legarda
• Best Analyst - Gio dela Rosa
• Best Strategist - Rafa Garchitorena
• Best Banks Analyst - Rafa Garchitorena
• Best Telco / Utilities Analyst - Gio dela Rosa
• Best Gaming Analyst - Aaron Salvador
• Best Infrastructure Analyst - Klyne Resullar
• Best Property Analyst - Carl Sy

Michael Macale, head of Philippines sales at Deutsche Regis, expressed his thanks to the group.

Last year, Deutsche Regis reclaimed the No. 1 ranking for Philippines research by Institutional Investor.

The Philippine Stock Exchange also conferred on Deutsche Regis the Bell Award, which is given in recognition of excellence in corporate governance.
