This one-day seminar is designed to address all questions and practical issues of candidates relating to election law, ranging from pre-election issues, qualifications and disqualifications of candidates, campaign and campaign finance, election day activities, postponement and failure of elections, electoral procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms to resolving electoral disputes before and after proclamation.  Gaining the right legal knowledge is one of the best ways to level the playing field for all political aspirants and ensure that one is not disadvantaged or legally outmaneuvered in the electoral exercise.
