Italpinas to complete CDO project this month

MANILA, Philippines - Italpinas Development Corp. (IDC) is set to complete Tower B of its flagship development in Cagayan de Oro City called the Primavera Residences this month.

IDC is set to turn over the condominium units to their rightful owners on Dec. 16.

“Italpinas aims to build in alternative locations with a real housing demand and where a sustainable green modern design brings innovation and offers quality and Italian lifestyle to the upper middle-class of the Philippines,” Romolo Valentino Nati, COO and chairman of IDC said. 

“The company’s flagship project, Primavera Residences, is the first of its kind in Cagayan de Oro City and is setting the bar for condominium projects in the area with its modern Italian design infused with eco-friendly architecture with its second tower ready for turnover,” IDC president Jojo Leviste III said.

The series of milestones and achievements IDC received made the company even more stable that it has ever been; from being one of the first IFC EDGE-certified condominium projects in East Asia and its final listing at the Philippine Stock Exhange.

IDC’s sustainable designs have already been widely recognized by prestigious international organizations. The company in fact has bagged a number of  awards in International Property Development in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and in Manila last year.

Its Primavera City development project also in Cagayan de Oro (CDO) City has been awarded by the Climate Technology Initiative Private Financing Advisory Network (CTI PFAN) as the “Most Promising Clean Energy Investment Opportunities” in 2013. 

Primavera is being built in Cagayan de Oro, in Pueblo de Oro Township, near SM Cagayan de Oro, a call center, and major establishments uptown.

Further, the presence of a green inner courtyard helps the building mitigate the high temperature during the entire year.  Also, the cantilevers creates shadow effect to protect the units from the sun’s direct radiation with a dramatic decrease in temperature. These are just a few of the special features that will help the building and its residents save more than 20 percent in energy consumption.
