Experts talk on the future of the property sector

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Brace yourself before the bubble burst, which might happen any time soon.

The property sector has been experiencing an upswing because of the increasing demand for office spaces, residential condominiums and commercial buildings.

Government and property experts have attributed this to the opening of more business process outsourcing (BPO) offices and the growing affluence of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).

Last year, OFWs remitted to the country $24.3 billion and invested $7 billion into property investments, particularly residential condominiums.

But when will this high demand for property investments come to an end?

No one knows. Uncertainties abound, and they are often unavoidable.

Better be prepared for the worst, attend and participate in a seminar of two of the country’s most sought after real property experts, Prof. Danilo Antonio and Prof. Enrique Soriano III.

The seminar, “Anticipating the real estate bubble? Manage your growth during uncertainties,” will be held on Friday, Sept. 25, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the AIM Conference Center, Makati City.

Get advice from Prof. Antonio who has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and Prof. Soriano who has 27 years of experience in the property sector and is known as the family business coach in the Asean Region.

Joining them as guest speaker is Claro Dg. Cordero Jr., MSc associate director, head-research and valuation of Jones Lang LaSalle Philippines Inc.

Limited seats are available. For more details, please contact Che/Michael 556-9707/0915-1813057/ 0915-9108686 or email info@ octopusbranding.net.
