1 seminar tackles flowers, candles

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on fresh flower arrangement together with aroma candle making in one seminar event.

The seminar will  be held at the College of Social Work and Community Development Bldg., Magsaysay Ave., cor. Ylanan St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon on March 15,  from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Participants will have a hands-on experience how to make different kinds of decorated candles by using different methods.

Also, participants will be taught how to make different fresh flower arrangement such as long and low arrangement, rounded arrangement, center piece, torch design, bouquet.

  Costing and sourcing of materials will  be discussed. Each participant will receive a certificate of training right after the seminar. Lunch and snacks will be served. Including handouts and all the raw materials for hands-on  experience will be provided.
