Meat, fish processing seminar set

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish processing combined with ice cream making at the College of Social Work and Community Development Building, Magsaysay Ave., cor. Ylanan St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City   on Feb. 7, 10 a.m to 6 p.m  Participants will get to experience how to make various processed meat and fish products and also how to make ice cream in different flavors. Lunch and snack will be served. Handouts, and all the raw materials for hands-on experience will be provided. This seminar is open to every one particularly for those who wanted to venture into the meat and fish processing  and ice cream making business.
