MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land Premier, the upscale unit of property giant Ayala Land Inc., has reported strong demand for its newest community development in Cavite despite the project being its most expensive on a per square meter basis.
Called The Courtyards, Ayala Land Premier said its latest high-end residential development is a vast 130-hectare development that offers “a tranquil suburban setting as well as easy proximity to the conveniences of the city.”
In a media briefing yesterday, Ayala Land Premier group head Jose Juan Jugo said the project’s first phase has already posted over P3 billion in total sales out of the P4 billion inventory released since June this year.
“The Courtyards’ success is reflective of the public’s sustained interest in developments south of Metro Manila since Ayala Alabang opened the first-class residential corridor here in the early 1980s,” Jugo said.
“Our target market is mainly composed of full nesters, meaning families with one or more children, or couples that are planning to add more to their brood, and this is reflected in the success of our sales thus far,” he added.
The first phase of The Courtyards has 431 lots, with areas ranging from 470 to 1,947 square meters in area, currently being sold from P25,000 to P40,800 per square meter.
Ayala Land Premier said turnover date of the lots under the first phase would begin by the first quarter of 2016.
The Courtyards is located in Dasmariñas and Imus, Cavite and is accessible via major thoroughfares such as Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Daang-Hari Road, Molino-Paliparan Road, and the soon accessible Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
