Aroma candle making seminar set

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills  and Development Program will conduct a one day seminar on  aroma candle making combined with  fresh flower arrangement together in one seminar.

The seminar will  be held at the College of Social Work and Community Development Bldg., Magsaysay Ave., cor. Ylanan St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon  on Sept. 28, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  

There will be a hands-on experience where in participants  will learn how to make different kinds of decorated  candles through  different methods through dipping and pouring method using paraffin wax and gel wax.

And also different techniques on how to mold candles, sand casting, making of traditional candle stick, gel candle in glass containers with different designs by using different essential oils such as lavender, frankincense, citrus scent and many more  to transform them into aromatherapy candles.

Also participants will be taught how to make different fresh flower arrangement where in they will learn the long and low arrangement, such as rounded arrangement, center piece, torch design, bouquet  for love ones, bridal bouquet, combined candle and flower design and many more.

Also to be discussed is costing and sourcing of materials. Each participant will receive a  certificate of training right after the seminar.

Lunch and snacks will be served. Handouts and all the raw mats for hands-on experience will be provided.
