MANILA, Philippines - The peso moved sideways against the dollar on Thursday, settling at 43.454 from the previous day's 43.42.
Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $357.6 million in the morning, higher than the $336.4 million posted the same period on Wednesday.
The peso opened Thursday at 43.47.
