The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Larossa, a medium-rise residential condo cluster in Quezon City, boasts of its claim as the only “urban botanical community” in the Metro.

Nestled on a 3.6-hectare prime land with rolling terrain and lush foliage, the project allots 65 percent of total land area to open space, while only 35 percent goes to building space.

Phase 1, consisting of three buildings, is now in full swing and is scheduled for delivery by the first quarter of 2015. Timeframe for the completion of phases 2 and 3 with seven more buildings, is spread over a three-year period until 2017.

Larossa’s strategic location is within a quaint and elite residential district, proximate to the country’s top schools and universities, parks, techno hubs and cultural food strips. Accessibility is via Commonwealth Ave. on the north and Katipunan Ave. on the west.
