Ayala-backed Integreon expands in Manila

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Ayala-backed Integreon, an  integrated knowledge process outsourcing firm announced on Tuesday its expansion in Manila after teaming up with market intelligence provider SNL Financial.

The company said its new facility adds nearly 3,000 square feet of space and becomes its second dedicated facility in support of SNL. The new facility opened last month at the Philippine Stock Exchange.

“Integreon’s latest expansion in Manila enables us to meet SNL’s aggressive growth plans, providing our client with top caliber talent. The general trend we see in the Philippines is increasing demand across all our outsourcing service lines, particularly from the US, for high value knowledge and legal process outsourcing services,” said Benjamin Romualdez, Integreon country head for the Philippines.

Integreon has been providing business services to SNL since May 2012 and the new location will grow SNL’s existing relationship with Integreon in Manila- extending Integreon’s position as a market-leading provider of high value, professional services, the company said. It is majority owned by LiveIt, Ayala Corp.’s business process outsourcing and education investment arm.

"SNL could not be more excited about opening a second office in Manila. We would like to thank Integreon for the incredible job they have done as partners for the past two years. Mr. Romualdez and the rest of their management and implementation team have delivered beyond our expectations. And the expansion itself is a testament to the efforts, capabilities, and potential of the associates and managers working on the SNL account. We are very bullish on the growth of the team in Manila and we look forward to more successes in the future,” said Jimbo Borja, Director of Content at SNL Financial.
