Sun unveils broadband kit

MANILA, Philippines - Sun Broadband has unveiled its most affordable prepaid broadband kit for more consistent, reliable and faster service.

 Broadband users can now enjoy social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter, video-sharing portals like YouTube, Wikipedia and Google for only P595.

Each Sun Broadband prepaid kit comes with free one hour of Internet surfing so subscribers can enjoy the benefits of having their own broadband connection wherever they go.

“With the most affordable broadband stick now available from Sun Broadband, more Filipinos can now experience the undisputed power of the Internet and all the benefits it offers,” said Michele Curran, data and international services marketing head at Sun Cellular.

Using Sun Broadband sticks, mobile broadband users from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will be able to enjoy Sun Broadband’s expanded coverage nationwide, which now covers twice as much territories, including the provinces of Abra, Ilocos Sur, Nueva Vizcaya, Camarines Norte, Mindoro Islands, Bukidnon, Lanaodel Sur, and North Cotabato.

“Sun Broadband users will also be able to enjoy more flexible and affordable broadband loads to power each and every Internet lifestyle, including the new Unlimited Surf 100 for three days of unlimited Internet surfing, as well as Budget Surf 40 for 4 hours of Internet valid for three days,” Curran said.
