Fisher Mall’s supermart to open early Dec

MANILA, Philippines - Fisher Mall’s supermarket in Quezon City will open its doors to the public on Dec. 10 to provide consumers more attractive choices as they start preparing for their family’s holiday feasts.

Fisherfoods Corp. president Roberto Alfonso ‘Obby’ Del Rosario said the 3,800-square meter supermarket will feature numerous innovations geared toward making shopping fun and convenient.  Fisherfoods Corp. is the operator of Fisher Mall’s supermarket.

This full service supermarket’s centerpiece is its fresh seafood section which will feature the finest seafood products at shockingly low prices.

“We want our customers to enjoy high quality products without having to pay a high premium.  Customers will surely be able to tell the difference, especially when they taste our fresh seafood,” Del Rosario emphasized.

Irma Deep-sea Fishing Inc. headed by his father, Roberto N. Del Rosario, will be supplying  a wide variety of fresh and hard to find seafood products.

“Our vision at Fisherfoods Corp. is to become the industry standard of freshness, while maintaining more than reasonable prices.  This explains our company tagline, The Fresh Difference” the younger Del Rosario stressed.

Del Rosario said he and his team have endeavored to provide customers a “truly exciting” shopping experience via the innovations they will introduce.

The supermarket will feature a “paluto” station where busy customers can take their pick from a wide array of fresh meats and have it cooked by experienced chefs.  “I want to provide our customers with options.   Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you have to settle for a subpar meal,” Del Rosario stated.

Additionally, working moms who do not want to deal with long lines at other supermarkets will find it easier to shop at Fisher Mall’s supermarket as its milk and diaper section will have express check-out counters. Del Rosario adds “We even have one check-out counter reserved only for quick infant milk purchases.”

The supermarket will also open its doors at 7 a.m., so that early morning shoppers can immediately buy the fresh produce and supplies that they need.
