MANILA, Philippines - The Malaysia Trade Office (MATRADE) through its Malaysia Kitchen Programme (MKP) has become a part of the Crimson Hotel’s Café Eight food festival promotion for August featuring the flavors of SouthEast Asia with distinct cuisines and flavors of Malaysia. People from the South are set to partake in this very exciting gastronomic experience that features a melting-pot of diverse and palatable dishes specially whipped for Café Eight diners. Guest Malaysian Chef Alex Chong, together with Crimson Hotel’s equally talented kitchen staff, will spice up the buffet spread starting Aug. 8.
