Security Bank Savings opens head office in Makati

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Security Bank Savings (SBS), the newly-acquired thrift bank of Security Bank Corporation (SBC), recently opened its head office at the heart of Makati City’s Central Business District at 6797 Ayala Avenue.

“The new Security Bank Savings will focus on increasing its presence in the consumer as well as small and mid- sized market segments through its broader branch network, improved consumer loan products and upcoming online services with the e-banking license recently granted by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)”, SBS president Gina Go said.

Security Bank Savings will focus on servicing the consumer retail segment as well as the small and mid-sized segments. It aims to attract clients by offering banking services that are easy to access, affordable to avail and are fit to their needs.

Currently, SBS has 38 branches operating in key areas in Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal and Quezon provinces. As part of the bank’s goal of broadening its reach, new branches recently opened this December in Retiro, Tayuman, Banawe and E. Rodriguez.

Security Bank Savings aims to provide a wider range of consumer and retail products and a new enhanced level of customer service bolstered with the people and resources of its parent company, SBC.

Formerly known as Premiere Development Bank, SBS started as an institution for small and medium enterprises, but has since expanded to consumer finance. It has half a century worth of experience and expertise in providing sound advice and creative loan facilities for business, home and other personal needs.
