A Safari-stic Saturday at Lions Park

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Living up to its ideal to make life more meaningful via community-living where nature is nurtured, Lions Park Residences recently treated guests to a mini-safari, right in its own backyard.  CDC Holdings Inc., the group behind Lions Park Residences and one of the most recognized and respected leaders in the Philippine real estate industry today, welcomed families to Safari-stic Saturday giving attendees a taste of the wildlife. The Lions Park Residences’ Function Hall was in full zoo-mode, from the balloon trees, to the face painting station, to the cotton candy and ice cream stands. But what is a Safari-stic Saturday without the wildlife? Parents and kids of all ages were able to pet, feed, and take photographs with a cacophony of animals at the Mobile Zoo that included a Macao, salmon-crested cockatoo and a pot-belly pig, not to mention reptiles like the albino Burmese python and Cayman crocodile.
