Nuvocity skyline takes shape

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - With the start of the turnover of the 49-story  Aspire Tower and the recent commencement of construction of the adjacent  Dream Tower, the Nuvocity skyline is taking shape and redefining the standard for developments in Quezon City and Metro Manila.

The Aspire Tower with a project cost of P2 billion was completed on schedule and features an all European interior finish.  The same standard of finish in Aspire, will also be done in Dream Tower.

Considering that the selling prices of both Aspire  and Dream Towers are still below P100,000 per square meter coupled by  their premiere location along C5, Quezon City,  they are the best value residential condominiums in the market today,  added Rally Martinez, Nuvoland president and CEO. Martinez said Nuvoland’s philosophy is  to  always  provide  great value and high quality to its clients.

Dream Tower will be completed by 2015, and apart from building on the successes of Aspire Tower, it features the Skyloft units, a two story residential condominium unit, that looks and feels like a house within the confines of a luxury tower.

Martinez said it’s like having the best of both worlds, the roominess and space within a house and the efficient and manageable lifestyle within a condo.  Unlike other lofted condominium units in the market, the Skylofts are actually double height units, which  means each level within the unit, has a clear height of 10 feet.

So when you are in the double height living room of the Skyloft, its actually 20 feet high.

Martinez said that part of the continuing strategy of Nuvoland is to provide value for its clients in terms of space, not measured in area but in volume.  That means, in all Nuvoland high rise developments, the standard clear height, floor to ceiling is 10 feet, so the buyer benefits from real roominess because he is buying more volume per square meter within his unit.

Nuvoland is a joint venture between the Jimenez, Belmonte and Martinez  clans.  With Menardo Jimenez as chairman, Kevin Belmonte as vice chairman and Rally Martinez as president and CEO.  Nuvoland recently celebrated its 6th anniversary.

Despite its relative youth in the real estate industry as a company, it has consistently delivered on its projects, be it the Infinity tower in Bonifacio Global City, its newly turned over Aspire Tower in Nuvocity  or the start of construction of Dream Tower in Nuvocity.

Rally Martinez, who is a 30-year real estate veteran, said  Nuvoland’s key to its success is grounded on its  passion to pursue its motto “Excellence in Real Estate”.
