David Leechiu promoted
MANILA, Philippines - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) chief executive officer Colin Dyer announced the promotion of Philippine country head David Leechiu to the firm’s top leadership group by naming him an international director. The members of this select group across the world are distinguished by their exceptional work for clients and their roles in driving the firm’s growth. Leechiu assumed the position of JLL country head in 2008 following a merger between Jones Lang LaSalle and Leechiu and Associates. Under his guidance, the company registered growth in all its business lines to achieve market leadership. Moreover, Leechiu is credited for raising the company’s profile as the country’s leading real estate consultancy. JLL counts as its clients all major developers in the Philippines. Its roster of corporate occupiers includes a significant share of multinational corporations and large Filipino companies. It also serves majority of building owners in Bonifacio Global City, the country’s fastest growing business district, and likewise advises owners and investors in many other districts. Dyer said. “As we congratulate our new international directors on achieving this significant distinction, we recognize the valuable contributions that they have made. We expect that they will continue to demonstrate leadership in connecting across our organization to produce superior service for our clients and continued progress for the firm.”
