TBWA/SMP wins 5th Agency of the Year Award

MANILA, Philippines - For a record-setting fifth year, TBWASantiago Mangada Puno was proclaimed 2011 Agency of the Year by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of the Philippines (4As) at the AOY Awards Night held at the Rizal Ballroom of the Makati Shangri La Hotel last July 26.

The agency had previously bagged the honor in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2010. Along with the big prize, TBWASMP also won the highly-coveted Best in Creative plate also for the fifth time. It had already won in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008.

In a night where the Philippine advertising industry gathers to honor its best, TBWASMP proved its consistency in every area of discipline by being a finalist in all categories – Creative Excellence, Market Performance, Management of Business, Industry Leadership and Community Service. This is a feat that TBWASMP also pulled off in 2010. To add more luster to its big night, the agency also made it as a finalist in the Digital Excellence Category.
