Whirlpool holds laundry seminar

MANILA, Philippines - Whirlpool will hold a laundry seminar on April 20 and 21, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Exatech Bldg. No. 56 Cordillera St., cor. E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Quezon City. Participants will learn the important aspects on how to put up a laundry business and will be taught the rudiments of doing laundry. They will also be introduced to such details as what machines, detergents and other elements to use. Likewise, they will be told where to get laundry equipment, detergents and dry-cleaning solvents as well as the details of business financing. Interested participants will be charged a fee of P1,950 inclusive of lunch, snacks and seminar handouts to be used throughout the sessions. Participants who register on or before March 31 will be given a discounted rate of P1,600. Seminar speakers and demonstrators have wide-ranging experiences in starting a laundry business and proven expertise in this line of work.
