Avoiding a crisis situation to happen is the most effective way in dealing with it. However, if it is inevitable, Management should be prepared and must be able to identify its weakest point and ready with a crisis management plan. In this forum, participants will have a chance to know not only to organize the right people to comprise a crisis management team, but also to discover the new approach to manage it.
