The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on fresh flower arrangement and balloon decoration on Jan. 8, from 10 am to 6 pm, at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City.

This daylong workshop-seminar covers the basic principles of floral design with hands-on experience on the making of long and low arrangements that will cover triangle flower arrangement, wrist corsage, bouquet for loved ones, roses in a box and many more.

Also, balloon decoration techniques cover topics for the making of a 3-balloon arrangement in a mug, round flower arrangement with a balloon, balloon topiary, arch balloon, balloon inside the balloon and many more.
