Pueblo de Oro showcases new projects at PREF exhibit
MANILA, Philippines - The 5th Philippine Realty Estate Festival (PREF) exhibit and forum officially took off last July 28 at the World Trade Center with Vice President and housing czar Jejomar C. Binay as guest of honor and keynote speaker.
The three-day trade show with the theme “Real Estate Development, Property Tourism and Media: A Tripartite Collaboration for National Progress,” was packed with distinguished leaders and key experts in the real estate, property tourism and media community.
This year's PREF also brought together prominent property owners and developers under one roof and Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. (PODC), a leading real estate developer, showcased its new signature homes and villages i.e. The Horizon Residences, Park Place, and the La Aldea line under the new brand name, Pueblo de Oro Communities. Pueblo de Oro’s new projects are located in key cities such as San Fernando, Pampanga; Sto. Tomas, Batangas; and Lapu-Lapu, Cebu.
According to PODC senior vice president for Luzon operations Crisostomo Bate, all of Pueblo de Oro’s housing units are meticulously designed, wonderfully space-planned and expandable for a hassle free and inexpensive future expansion.
Among the notable line-up of speakers are: Charo Santos-Concio, president of ABS-CBN Corp.; Tourism Secretary Alberto A. Lim; Alexandra Prieto-Romualdez, president and CEO of Philippine Daily Inquirer; Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory L. Domingo; and architect Felino “Jun” Palafox, president of the Management Association of the Philippines. Rosemarie C. Basa was the festival chair.
