US BPO firm to expand Phl operations

-

MANILA, Philippines - CustomerContactChannels (C3), a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, is expanding its operations in the Philippines with the addition of 1,000 seats to its existing operations just outside Makati City.

This expansion takes C3 into Fort Bonifacio between 31st and 2nd Sts. Located in state-of-the-art Bonifacio E- Services building, its operations are just footsteps away from the heart of Bonifacio High Street.

The company’s Asian expansion is primarily due to increasing demand from both existing and new clients.

“Manila continues to provide an extremely skilled workforce with an affinity for the American culture that helps them serve customers well,” C3 president and chief operations officer Rick Ferry said.

“This expansion is particularly exciting for us as we move into Bonifacio Global City, a relatively new area of Manila that offers an excellent environment for our employees and management alike,” he added.

C3, based in Florida, USA, said it offers excellent pay and benefits to its workforce, along with a fun work environment and advancement opportunities. The company plans to begin its recruitment efforts for this expansion this month.

Officials pointed out that the company is uniquely positioned to deliver value for its clients in a global operating environment built upon proven operational best practices and a veteran leadership team. The company has strong experience in the healthcare, travel and hospitality, telecommunications, energy and utilities, media, and financial services industries.
