MANILA, Philippines - Green Intervene Inc. (GII), a multi-national company specializing in commercial and residential water filtration, will soon set up its Philippine corporate headquarters in Muntilupa City. GII, a partner of The Dow Chemical Co., will help provide residents of Muntinlupa and surrounding cities with clean and good tasting water throughout the year with the installation of the most technologically-advanced water pre-filtration system available in the market today. GII is the exclusive representative of Clean Filtration Technologies Inc. and The Dow Chemical Co., whose sales worldwide in 2010 reached $53.7 billion. In addition to water filtration, GII also manages thousands of hectares of land in its agro-forestry and reforestation divisions. Dr. Mercedes Umali-Garcia, chief research scientist and head of the scientific research for agro-forestry, has developed what is perhaps the best organic fertilizer and soil enhancer product in the world. GII’s organic soil enhancers and fertilizer are now the growth enhancers of choice for the largest organic green house grower in Mexico. Significant revenue increases in this division and in the clean water production division, along with the continued expansion of land management under GII’s reforestation portfolio have spurred the need for additional hires in Negros Oriental, Davao and eventually in Muntinlupa.
