RLC to presell Axis project

- Zinnia B. Dela Peña -

MANILA, Philippines - Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) will start preselling the first two of the planned six-tower Axis Residences, a joint venture with Federal Land Inc. of taipan George Ty, in the second quarter this year.

On the sidelines of Axis Residences’ launch the other night, RLC president and chief operating officer Frederick Go said the whole project, located on a two-hectare lot at the back of a mixed-use complex on Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, will offer close to 6,000 units, of which 1,800 will form part of Phase 1 or the first two towers.

The project is a 50-50 joint venture between RLC, the real estate unit of JG Summit Holdings Inc., and Federal Land, which owns the property.

Construction of the first tower, which will have a total of 42 floors including three podium levels for parking, will commence in March next year and is slated for completion by the first quarter of 2016.

Tower 1 will house 916 deluxe units, with sizes ranging from 23 to 27 square meters. The units will be sold at a price range of P1.9 million to P2.2 million per unit – translating to a selling price of around P85,000 per square meter.

With an estimated monthly amortization of P11,000, Axis Residences is one of the best-priced projects in the area providing finished deliverables.

The project’s amenities include a 25-meter lap pool with pool deck, kid’s pool, function rooms, fitness center/gym facility, children’s playground, basketball/multi-purpose covered court, pavilion, landscaped garden and karaoke/game room.

Axis Residences is primarily designed to cater to middle income end-users, specifically to young professionals and start-up families.
